Andrew W. Snyder
Andrew Snyder has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in all types of litigation. He has tried auto accident cases of all varieties, FELA, slip, and fall, dog bite, criminal and domestic cases to juries and judges alike. He has litigated cases involving breach of contract, defective workmanship, discrimination, and other aspects related to today’s business environment.
Andrew completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska from 1988 to 1992. During that time he was a member of the University’s track team. He was selected to the Academic All-Big Eight Track team three times and was awarded a varsity letter award in each of his four years of participation. He earned a degree with distinction in business administration in 1992. He continued his education at the University Of Nebraska College Of Law, graduating with distinction in 1994.
Andrew has also been selected to the Nebraska Super Lawyers list each year since 2014. No more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. He is admitted to practice before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Courts for the State of Nebraska, the Nebraska Supreme Court, and all courts of general jurisdiction in Nebraska. He is a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, the Nebraska State Bar Association, and the Scotts Bluff County Bar Association.
Andrew is a native of Western Nebraska having grown up in Morrill. He lives in Scottsbluff and enjoys golfing, boating, and being with his children.
